They aren't selling from Hong Kong. The account's registered in China and they only have 468 feedback points and have about 5 negative feedbacks this month alone.

I'd be very wary buying an N95 from China because there is a special low cost chinese version (Made by Nokia) which lacks wifi and 3G. That and the phone may be a clone.

You would do much better to buy a preowned N95 8GB. Cheaper and it may not show any signs of wear.
