Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone has any info/ideas about accommodation (preferably self catering) in Dingle for the weekend of the 13th-15th of August? There is about 15 of us going down on a hen party, so we would love to stay in a house/houses! Finding it really difficult to get anything in August! Thanks.

Our family stayed there. Our verdict.
    - great breakfast
    - great location for walking to Dingle
    - great attitude from family
    - no problem with car parking

Bed and Breakfast is not self catering

Stayed here last year. Great houses, some with Hot Tubs. Good location. About 10 mins walk into the town.

better not say it is a hen party
as people do not like letting to big groups
moreover big groups in party mode

It will be hard to get a weekend let for August. That's the weekend of the regatta too, so place will be busy.

camping would be a great bet, there are plenty of campsites around the county, buy a big tent between the lot, some can sleep in cars, some in tent, bring a gas burner, it will be just as good, also when you have had a few drinks and that time of year it is not cold up in the twenties, you can all bring one of those patio chairs and fold up table,
also you can hire out one of those campervans is far as i know
    good luck
    have a ball
but i would say that there are plenty houses that are not advertised in papers or internet, just up in local shops
