Eircom NGB advertisement on TV

I saw Eircom NGB advertisements on TV and it funny they say fibre power but there NGB isn't it just reducing the congestion and conntension , like in britain NGB from BT it is 40mb down and 5mb up that NGB broadband not 8mb down and 1mb up so my question is were the fibre power Eircom or fibre?
