I know from all of the threads here that clinical psych. is very difficult to get into. I didn't realise it was nearly impossible though. I actually know someone who has years of research and experience and I thought that this person would get in way ahead of everyone else and it didn't happen.... Why is it sooooo…

Maybe their personality doesn't match the job.
