PM problem

    Hi I am having a problem with my PMs.

    I send PMs but they don't go into my sent-box. Is that normal. I am worried because I'm afraid they aren't sending. Is this the case?

    You can assume that they're sending. I'm guessing that it's just that your current settings aren't fixed to save outgoing messages.

    Easiest way to fix this is that next time you send one, make sure the little check box that says "Save a copy of this message in your Sent Items folder." is ticked. It's just under the box where you enter the message. That setting will be remembered in future.

    Or if you prefer, click here and make sure the check box next to "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default" about half way down the page is ticked.
