Anywhere to get zips put on pull on boots???

Well I have a pair of knee high pull on boots, but the leather lining has stretched more than the outside so now impossiable to get them on as all the lining fills the boot & gathers around the ankle & heel part. Anyone know is there anyone around Dublin or Kildare that can fit zips to boots?? I know it can be done, just…
