    Yea they definitely do show the odd teaser now and then. I was one of the lucky few to see the Spider-man twin towers teaser in the cinema before they pulled after those damn terrorists did their stuff. The main reason not many people saw it though was probably because it played before Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within.

    On a side not, here's a link to the new Batman: Year One animated movie trailer. It looks bloody brilliant, apparently the same team are tackling The Dark Knight Returns next, be no harm to give some of these movies theatrical runs like they did with Mask of the Phantasm: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/batman-year-one-animated-movie-209438

    I loved the marketing of the last film, especially the posters and spots / trailers released.

    Remember The Dark Knight's teaser from 4 years ago? (Good God, man, it's been that long!?! :eek:)

    Nice, I like the colour scheme of it as they're usually good indicators of what kind of look we can expect from the film. What would describe this as? Purple-ish?

    Definitely a bit of blue in there.

    I say the film will have a pretty similar look and feel to TDK. It will more than likely have the blue hue again, not going back to the brown of BB anyways.

    Rumours ahoy that Liam Neeson narrates the teaser, though it could be a simple case of re-used dialogue from Batman Begins. The rumour originated from the much maligned imdb boards, but the guy who claimed this is the same guy who gave a pretty accurate description of Fincher's trailer for TGWTDT, so he may be legit.
    Personally, I could dig this, especially if they use this dialogue:
    A vigilante is just a man lost in the scramble for his own gratification. He can be destroyed, or locked up. But if you make yourself more than just a man, if you devote yourself to an ideal, and if they can't stop you, then you become something else entirely.
    Which is?

    Interesting, I can kind of see a faint outline of it but it is pretty much gone, the more i look at it the more it looks like supermans emblem.......surely it's nothing though......surely?

    Trailer has started showing up in the UK apparently -
    The 93-second trailer hitting with "Harry Potter" has apparently started showing up in the UK and features some shots from "Batman Begins". It then has Commissioner Gordon in a hospital bed in serious pain with a breathing apparatus talking to Bruce Wayne (offscreen) demanding that Batman should come back.

    There's quick shots of the bat cycle when it drives up the ramp from Dark Knight, super fast flashes of Bane’s face, and a zoom up shot of the buildings crumbling ala the teaser poster. It ends with "Batman backing away from something, then Bane enters from the left side of the screen."

    I say that's just that your screen is a litle off. It's a faint blue tint, not purple.

    It's not missing.
    The poster and the background are at different angles. So that piece of debris is a bit higher up in the background. The debris has a transparancy vignette applied, and the regular vignette to the whole image is slightly wider.
    Which is why "superman sign" appeared to not be there.
