    No, it's not.

    A Critical Mass happened on Friday evening.

    Usual Trade Union walk around march earlier today.

    No, that 'riot' happened in Dame Street in 2002.

    There were a couple of RTS events that happened peacefully after that, the last being 'Take Back The City' in 2005.
