Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

And so begins the biggest week of football in City's recent history.

Today's game is absolutely massive. If we lose we're fecked, and I wouldn't be surprised to see it happening.

Injury doubts are Adebayor and Barry, though the latter bottled it last time at Villa Park so might be no big loss.

A draw with both sides afraid to lose or will both sides go all out this could be a repeat of the city v Liverpool match I really hope not tho.

Even if Villa win we're still relying on other results, in case some didn't know that.

    Come on Villa (and Bolton).

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,535 ✭✭✭Raekwon

Massive game today, absolutely massive! I'm praying for all 3 points but City are a very strong side so we would really need to play like we did at Anfield and Old Trafford earlier in the season to stand a chance of getting anything from the game.

I'm predicting 2-1 to Villa with Richard Dunne scoring a dramatic late winner!

    Up the Villa!

I'm not worried about Villa losing this, as they usually raise their game against the big teams (Chelsea this year aside), plus their away form is better than their home form!

Whether they'll win or not is another matter entirely though!

    Come on Villa!

Poor Nielsen what happens if Fulop gets injured then :pac:

Zabaleta to be on a yellow inside the first 15 minutes. He will struggle with the pace of Young and Agbonlahor.

Ireland not even on the bench. He's gone so!

    Typical sensationalism.

He was injured in training yesterday and had to be carried from the pitch.

But don't let that get in the way of another 'He's on his way' story.

I assume that's aimed at the commentators who failed to mention this fact? Or is everyone supposed to research every little detail before posting in the soccer forum?

It's aimed at anyone who put 2 and 2 together looking for 4 but got 5, commentators or otherwise.
