Best Download Meter (for Windows XP)

    Sorry for the silly question, but I was looking for a download meter for my computer since Eircom overestimated my broadband download usage last month by about 40gb (it must have been a mistake).

    Are there any good ones out there? Preferably free. I appreciate that it will only report on the upload/download usage of my computer, as opposed to the whole network (about 3 computers in total) but that's ok. I'd like it if had a 'Monthly Total' or similar so I can see how close I am getting to the download limit.
