Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

43 goals for the man this year so far, ain't bad.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,476 ✭✭✭✭Ush1

Messi nearly again. Typical Messi actually, apart from the side netting part.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,068 ✭✭✭Bodhisopha

That commentator, Rob whatsit, is an awful gimp. Everytime i hear him commentate on Barcelona Messi gets smaller. 5ft4 today.

Perez on a massive erection after that goal.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 54,681 ✭✭✭✭Headshot

barca should of continued with bojan in the middle and pedro on the wing

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 21,296 ✭✭✭✭gimmick

    ^ Yup.

How ironic it would be that tenerife hand Real the title!?!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,563 ✭✭✭kinaldo

I wouldn't worry too much, Madrid might well slip up against Mallorca. They have to slip up sometime...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,476 ✭✭✭✭Ush1

How hard did Roberto Martinez find saying one all?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,476 ✭✭✭✭Ush1

Another assist for Ibra. He should have had a goal aswell in the first half. Should have been squared to him.

If Barca slip up tonight, there is no way in the world Real will slip up tomorrow. Too big an incentive for them.

Lots of football to be played yet tonight though.

I forgot Tenerife are fighting for their lives! Makes this match slightly more tense for us Madridistas...

    pedro to score the winner

I have an extremely bad feeling about the remainder. There seems to be something missing.

    Shocking miss from Keita/Bojan.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 21,296 ✭✭✭✭gimmick

    YEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Forget buying Villa. Bojan is the man for next season.

What a goal. Absolutely quality play.

Like how United look better without Berbatov.

What a 60 seconds for Pedro. Not selling him last summer was Barcas best signing. He has been immense.

He also gets a legit goal against his home town club .

Pedro's not bad for a player who's 'not up to it' (Dunphy).

    He's not a good player, he's a great player.

    Madrid will win tomorrow night.
Barca's game at Sevilla is the key to the title.

Messi beats Ronaldo's 43 goal season. Amazing!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,563 ✭✭✭kinaldo

But can he beat other Ronaldo's 47 goal season....?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,435 ✭✭✭✭redout

    Sevilla 2 up.

    Negredo, Kanoute

Negredo could get a spot alongside Villa at the World cup if Torres doesnt recover in time.

He seems to be favoured to Llorente by Del Bosque.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,435 ✭✭✭✭redout

Kanoute should be at the world cup

one of the greats who will never play

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,435 ✭✭✭✭redout

    Mallorca lineup:
AOUATE; JOSEMI, NUNES, RUBÉN, AYOZE; MARIO SUÁREZ, JULIO ÁLVAREZ, 'CHORI' CASTRO, BORJA VALERO; ADURIZ, VÍCTOR

    Real Madrid lineup:
CASILLAS: RAMOS, GARAY, ALBIOL, ARBELOA; XABI ALONSO, GAGO, GRANERO, KAKÁ; RONALDO, HIGUAÍN

    Sevilla now 4 - 1

Sevilla finish 1-5. Ominous time for them to find form. But Mallorca need to win now to be in the top 4, as the head to head favours Sevilla.

    Come on Mallorca. COME ON.

I think he meant more along the lines of one of the best players not to go to the world cup, not one of the all time greats, which is a fair analysis.
