    Some of the stuff they try to pass off as butter is a disgrace. You can't spread it, tastes horrible and is nearly white in colour not the golden yellow it should be.:( Mmm mmm mmm saturated fat!!

    ew! it goes off, it has to be kept in the fridge!

    I most of mine in the fridge but keep a bit in a covered bowl in the press for spreading which i replace after using

    Unsalted butter doesn't keep too well outside the fridge, but it's delicious - I love the French 'President' butter on baguettes.

    Though it was far from poncey Frog bread & butter that I was reared!
