    Hi

I recently got a visa approved and on the application it asks when are you thinking of entering australia! Well when i applied i wasnt going until Nov so thats what i put down, now circumstances have changed and i want to go sooner. It says on the actual confirmation thingy that i cannot enter the country and later then 12 months from the date the app was approved, but that doesnt really answer my q?

Does the date of entry matter once youve been given the confirmation thing?

    Yes it answers it perfectly.
12 months after it is approved. So you have until 4/5/2010 until 4/5/2011 to enter ... it doesn't matter about the date you said you were going to enter.
you can go tomorrow if you wish
