Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can't access one site only

    Hi

    I am having problem accessing the goldenpages.ie
    When I try using firefox I get the following error

    Forbidden

    You don't have permission to access / on this server.
    Apache/2.2.9 Server at www.goldenpages.ie Port 80



    The DSL provider is Eircom and I have checked nslookup and it looks fine

    Non-authoritative answer:

    When I try the website direct using Firefox and the IP I get a different error message

    Not Found

    The requested URL / was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    When I try ping I get Request Timed out

    This message came from the www.goldenpages.ie server so there's nothing wrong on your end. You may have caught them in the middle of an update and it was back on a few minutes later. The site is currently working for me.

    I'm getting similar results to yours trying 79.171.80.199 directly and in a traceroute - looks like a virtual host and ICMP echo is filtered after 81.93.172.70.
