Problem phoning O2 customer care?

    Hi, I tried phoning o2 support there twice and each time after going through the menu options to the point where you're about to transfer to an agent, it gets cut off and says something along the lines of there currently being an emergency and they're unable to answer the call!

    Anyone know what's going on?

    Could be anything really from a fire drill, to group meeting, to actual emergency.

    Lol I rang Carphone Warehouse CC once and it said the building was on fire(or something mad like that).
    Rang back 20 min later and they knew nothing about it.
