TV3 tonight at 10pm

Hi saw something this morn that TV3 were discussing access to birth certs (I think - house was pretty hetic with small kids!!) tonight at 10pm. I think it must be called Midweek with Collette Fitzpatrick as it is the only thing I can find on their web site.
