Just bought me a voucher. These deal sites have really taken off recently. Loads of bargains to be had. I got a full car valet including the seats being washed for €40 a while back on boards.

man, i can tell you some stories of hypocrisy like that from the SWP and the likes that would make your head spin.

at least when i was a beret wearing dick, i went the whole hog (to the point of boycotting nearly everything like a gombeen).

    So lets summarise to date,

You once hated humanity for the inequitable system that has billions of people living in abject poverty, but now you have put that behind you & while you eat your subway sandwhich become mentally antagonised with a renewed hatred for humanity because of the attendance at a wolfetones gig. Hmm.

I would like to hear the long story mind you.

tbh, i'm such a regular at my local subway that i know the owner (lovely fella). one of the more benign globalising franchises from what I know (cue somebody posting a link to how subway puts chinese babies in the meatball marinara).

I just want subway to bring their Gluten free breads over here.

Love their meatball subs but had to give them up, much like all the other tasty treats that made me the rotund human being i am today. :D

as an (steps aside for quick little leather gloved ****) artist it was the total complete experience including on-site recording studio for 11 days. Were I attending instead of performing I'd like the music more banging techno on the 1st night and more savage metal on the 2nd with some downtempo on the 3rd. But, I got to live jam Berlin ambient with a death metal guitarist along the way so I reckon it was the best for me anyway, as they say in France.

The bunny is SO BIG that it can even be seen using satellite photos from space.

The Google Earth pictures are pictures taken from aeroplanes, it's the further away shots that are satellite images /pedant

Nice concept, but you'd probably be hard pushed to come up with a less efficient power source.

Why so? I thought the whole principle is that it's just a portable way (with a retro edge) to get an extra bit of juice for your mobile device. Plus it's rechargeable.

Very handy being able to recharge it via usb cable plugged into your computer and not having to mess with fiddly battery recharges etc though.

The iRessurect App is quite good. Only problem is that it tends to crash on a Friday but it's normally back working by Sunday.

Have you guys heard of www.lynda.com? It's absolutely brilliant. You have to pay for it (although some is available for free) but its not that expensive what you get for it is astonishing. A friend of mine gave me his passwords as I'm just getting back into photography and the video tutorials are absolutely brilliant. The amount of topics they cover is staggering - basically any software package you can think of including loads of things like Ableton and Logic etc and loads more in the Audio section. Gets properly addictive.

Well every step along the power conversion route is going to incur losses, usually over 10%, so from a mains powered computer you're going from 220v through a few steps down to 5v at your USB port, then losing a fair whack again converting from electrical to chemical. I realise I'm short on hard figures here but hopefully you can see what I mean.

If you're charging from your notebook's battery, that's a whole other kettle of horses. Your laptop battery would be typically only about 60-70% efficient to begin with.

From a practicality point of view, how handy would they be if you needed more than one?
