Moving to Self Employment

    Hi all,

    I am moving from being an employee (10 yrs) to self employed in the next few weeks. This is not by choice but employment has ended like so many others.
    My question is when I become self employed and if the busness fails within the first 6 months have I any social welfare rights?
    I am a single man.
