Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Why are most of the cash games around Dublin all pot-limit games? Have I missed something along the way?

I'm talking about games that are on after midnight at the weekends.

I go in and the places are usually pretty full too.

Some clubs will let you change if there is agreement among all at the table.

It's better for the casino's rake to have the games pot-limit; more multi-way contested pots. More players get to see cheaper flops with pot limit.

    All money based!!!

    what he said +

no limit usually ends up with more players going broke quicker, so if they keep it pot limit, more hands are played, more money is raked, players stay longer

+ they are more likely to return to the club
