Geography Q on decline + revival attempts on a minority language.

I left my notes in school and can't remember the headings for the aspects. I feel like there might have been four, but thats a guess. Are there just three? The reasons for the decline, then the revival initiatives and then the situation today? Does anybody know what year this came up in the LC also? Thanks.
