    Samsung spica €249
    I think this is the most affordable well spec'd phone before you start looking at €300 +

    If you want to go the used route you can get a Nokia N95 fairly cheap now. The original N95 is €100ish and the 8GB version is €150ish used. Or you could opt for a Nokia N97 which goes for around €250 with some even going as low as €200.
