    Sorry to bring up this old thread but just had to share this gem. This is relevant to house prices since this ad could singlehandedly help drag the house prices down.

    House prices have a long way to fall yet.

    When Japan had their housing bst after a bubble like ours their average price for a house went from 230k to 80k.

    Not saying it will fall that much but it's not beyond possible.

    That's still €213/sq ft. And why does it look like I would expect to find 1978 avocado green wall to wall throughout despite the fact that it was built just 3 years ago?

    Wouldn't touch it with yours.
