Screen Broken, Numbers saved to Phone! Can I get them back?

    As the title says - the screen on a friends phone is broken after been dropped. She unfortunately had the vast majority of numbers saved to the phone, not the sim.

    Is there any way she can get the numbers back? Customer Service dont seem to be much help.

    Somebody mentioned Nokia PC suite - does anybody know how we would go about using this?

    Yeah, if it's a Nokia phone then installing the PC suite could let you back up the contacts. Download it here http://europe.nokia.com/support/download-software/pc-suites and try it on another phone first in case any prompts come up on the phone. If they do, note them carefully.

    It's worth a try, anyway.

    What phone is it? If it has switch, you could send all the contacts to another phone without having to do the pc suite route.

    You can also change the screen and the numbers will still be on it.

    What phone is it. we could try get you directions on what to press to save to sim
