Where to buy?

Considering komplett is kinda unusable at the moment where is the best place to buy pc components until they get their business running smoothly again? Oh, and any recommendations on where to buy a laptop? Not for gaming but must have 17 inch screen and at least 3GB RAM.

1. Pixmania, MemoryC or Elara for small jobs, also eBuyer or HWVS for big orders (full builds etc.)

2. Dell? They do nice i3 lappies quite cheap, that's for sure...
