Hey guys, the 2010 JP Poker Masters is officially underway at the Maldron hotel in Tallaght. Tonight we have our super sat which is €100 with unlimited rebuys at €50. We had 127 players with 239 rebuys, which generated a prizepool of €23,380.

Currently we have 98 players remaining all vying for one of the 31 Main Event tickets worth €750 each. 32nd place will recieve a consolation of €130!

Edit to say average stack is ~20k and blinds are 600-1200.

Dave Masters Busted

We've lost one of the masters family! Details of the hand are unclear but we think Dave was relatively short at the time.

Tom Kitt Eliminates shortstack

Tom Kitt opened to 3k on the button, the small blind folded and big blind said "gamble!" as he threw in his last 2400. Tom showed AA and the shorties KT couldn't outrun the boots this time.

For all you players who are still without a ticket, don't forget our last chance saloon sat tomorrow at 4pm! Its €75+5 freezeout with a 3k stack and 15 min blinds the whole way. Should be good fun!
