Are results that are posted made available online at the same time? Because if results are posted out tomorrow, they wont be received until next week sometime.

    Very annoying

depends on what year you're in.

    read the 3rd post.
only final year graduates and all post grads have their results posted.

So if they are down as being posted, they wont be available online at all?? As in it's either one or the other?

Reason being I would like to check mine tomorrow online, as they wont arrive home until next week through the post

i take it you're a postgrad in Engineering or IT...?

well i can't be sure. i'm only a first year.
but i think that they're only posted out, not available online
Final-Year Undergraduate Results and Postgraduate results only will be posted to the candidate's home address as registered. All other results will be available on-line only.
