tramore strand - how long?

Does anyone know the distance from the lifeguard hut, down the back strand, around the sandhills and back up the beach? I ran it last night and would like to know what distance I covered. It's not easy running on sand I can tell you!

And for anyone who's interested the run from the prom up past race course out around westown back the cliff rd and down the prom is roughly 12km.
