UPC available in every house but mine?

    Our housing estate has 22 houses in it in a circular formation. I live in the middle of the park. When i check the UPC website it says i cant avail of any of their services apart from TV. However all the houses to my right can avail of all UPC Services and 2 to my left cannot get anything apart from TV. So out of 22 houses 3 cant get UPC.


    Why would we not be able to get it, yet the rest of the estate can?

    The website isn't that accurate. Call them and inquire.

    Just did 2 seconds ago, They said they would send out their Cable Maintenance people next week to see what the problem is. Hope to god i can get it. Especially with their 100mb service coming. I suppose i can always move house
