    Does anyone now what it is there website does not let you see it they will only tell after it installed them

    They'll only tell you the terms of the guarantee after installation :eek:

    If that's their way of doing business I'd walk away pronto, it's not a good omen.
    Don't sign up to anything without getting all the details in writing first. You shouldn't have to go digging for stuff like this, they should provide you with all the info you ask for before you consider doing business. If they refuse then just walk away, there are plenty of other window suppliers.
