parking in city centre on Sunday

    Does anyone know some good parking spots on Sunday in the city centre, is it free of charge? Thanks in advance

    Eh, everywhere along the city streets as far as I know..the only places that charge on a sunday are the real carparks...like Jury's, Eyre Square centre and the one on Merchants Road? Open to correction...

    The Dock Rd area controlled by the Harbour Company is NEVER free. Read the signs very carefully wherever you stop.

    Also visitor, don't park on double yellow lines or within 5 metres of a junction or traffic signals or pedestrian crossings or in a designated bus stop..

    Basically obey the rules of the road but you don't need to purchase a pay and display ticket in council operated car parks & on street parking!
