Internet Marketing - Webinar / possible to stream live video?

    Hi there,
    Do you know... is there webinar software that will allow me to present a webinar and instead of just having a powerpoint slide show, that i can actually show live video from the web?
    I want to show live moving stock prices, and want people to see what im looking at while commenting on them. Is this possible do you know?
    So far i have been using GoToWebinar, but cant show live video with them.
