    Hi

Where can I buy cocoa butter that is not crazy expensive? I need it for baking.

Not sure what you mean by "crazy expensive" - was looking for it for years and finally found it last year, on one of the Saturday stalls at the Dublin Food Co-Op.
I haven't found it elsewhere but I don't know anyone in the chocolate trade here.

€18 for 500g of Organic Virgin Cacoa butter from Peru. He also had the cacoa nibs and dried cocoa beans as well as other novelties. I can't see a URL for his co but they are Tropical Oils Europe, Unit 1, Broomhill Bus. Park, Rathnew, Co. Wicklow

***edit*** That said, I don't recall seeing it there, in a while, so if your interested, it might be an idea to ring /email ahead. Found a link too. I think you could probably go through the Dublin Food Co-Op's site too.

What are you baking with cocoa butter? It's mostly used in chocolate work, not baking.

You should be able to find it in a healthfood shop
