Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sometimes I feel I should drop college and give in to being a top class footballer

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

According to the Guardian its accurate in so far as it goes - they are the basics and length, but it doesn't cover image rights and bonuses which can be as much again.

And Boa Morte! While poor old Mark Noble, who has been contributing so much more, is only on 20k.

Zavon Hines is a decent young lad - £400/wk is all he's getting.

I think it would be a disgrace to have the top 3 managers/coaches of the football team to be paid less than the vast majority of the players.

How is he expected to give them a kick up in the arse when they know they are earning multiples of what he does?

I would nearly argue that the manager should be the highest paid person in the football side of the business tbh.

If that's true, one weeks wages at West Ham would pay for nearly 130 weeks at Shels!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Notice how the head coach earns one third of what Zola earns and his assistant two thirds. Wonder is that the norm in other clubs too?

I see you point but a top striker can command a 10 million plus transfer fee and managers more likely to be sacked so that would be bigger pay offs etc but yeah a manager should be the most valued and paid at a club in an ideal world
