Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How to uninstall / reinstall adobe - Error 1402

I'm trying to uninstall adobe reader 9.2, but I keep getting this error message:
    Error 1402...

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\CLSID\{C....(loads of numbers...)

Verify you have sufficient access to that key

I've tried following the steps to solve this error on the adobe website, but no joy.

I just want to take it off my computer so I can re-install it.

    Thanks!

what operating system are you using? you will most likely have to be logged in as an administrator

Its vista, there are a few of us that use this computer, but I have the Administrator password if I need to make changes.

Should I log on as the Admin?

I've tried those steps already :( No luck.

I'm gonna send adobe an email and ask them about it.
