I'm just wondering if the Irish government is conducting any pilot schemes in these areas in Ireland for people with disabilities?

AFAIK the whole issue of Individual Funding is being debated at the moment but no schemes are in place yet.

It does look as if Individual Funding will come within the next 5 years. Dont know if that will be good but then again some of the Service providers are awful
