Low value USD cheque

I have a low-value USD cheque that I want to cash. Does anyone know if a ROI bank will cash this cheque (I don't care about fees / exchange rate).

You won't be able to cash it, as such. You can lodge it to an account however - depending on the value the fees may or may not make it worthwhile
