Quick question before I order these road pedals and shoes; will they be compatible?

    Shoes and Pedals

Also any reasons not to buy the above would be welcomed, thanks.

Should be OK but I'd recommend the actual Shimano SPD-PL pedals as they are specific and you can geta good pair cheap

I have Shimano shoes and LOOK keo pedals, cleats fit but one thing I'm having trouble with is the LOOK (original not copy) bolts for the cleats keep coming loose and fall off now and again so make sure to well tighten the bolts.

There is no need whatsoever to match Shimano shoes to Shimano pedals, any road system will work as well with those shoes.

That is not to say there is anything wrong with the Shimano pedals either but the Looks are lighter and probably more popular.
