All dependent on the nature of the complaint, there are two avenues to explore.

Comreg - Commission for Communications Regulation.

    NCA - National Consumer Agency.

If you wish to provide some detail on the nature of the complaint against the service provider on this thread, you might receive some feedback - someone might have been through a similar issue before and could help!

Ive dealt with cancelling my perlico contract just a few months ago. A few things to know-

    1. Comreg have no legal powers. You might have to email them to get a basic 'you tried' response but otherwise this company is useless.

    2. the national consumer agency of ireland when i wrote to them referred me to comreg. Again no help.

The small claims court actually worked for me-within a month of applying i was able to rid myself of said perlico contract.

Hopefully some of this info will help.

The entity which you seek does not exist in this country, that would mean accountability.
