Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

    Just thought i`d see if anyone here may have a suggestion to what is wrong with my DVDR.
    It`s been lying up in this condition 2 years now.
    I have spent a lot of time researching the problem when it first started misfiring but not so much these days.
    It seems a very common problem with the model and likewise Panasonic devices with similar running gear.
    The end conclusion i had was to get a laser replacement from a source in Scotland through refferal off a tech problem site but i`m not all sure it`s just the laser that needs replacement so i had left it.
    To leave it somewhere for inspection/repairing would probably outweigh it`s current value hence it`s gathering of dust in the closet.
    Shame really as it was a great device and never gave any problems prior to it`s demise:mad:.

    I might also add it gives the error code U61.
