Budget Web Surfing Desktop Setup

I'm looking for a desktop pc for an elderly Aunt to do some web-surfing / word processing. Only criteria is that it has to come with a flat-screen monitor, keyboard and mouse.

No need for loads of RAM, good video processing etc.

Dell don't seem to offer the great entry level packages they once did (either that or their website has become even more unusable!)

Any recommendations?

Maybe a second-hand PC from eBay would do the job - theres always a good deal there

I've a cheap Dell PC for sale on adverts. Check my sig below. PC with XP, keyboard and mouse, power cables. You'd have to source a monitor though.
