Best place to go fishing for pinkeens in Dublin

I want to bring my daughter fishing for pinkeens- Sticklebacks, I've also heard them called Ginkers. When I was a kid we used to get them in the Dog Pond in the Phoenix park but that's in a sorry state now. Anyone know a good place to get them?
