Theyre good but there is better out there. I borrowed a Flexees tummy control corset type thing last year and i didnt want to give it back. It looked similar to this

It had rigid boning in it and was amazing, didnt roll like others do and didnt require hooking onto your bra or anything. Its a bit uncomfortable at the start but you get used to it. If you can get one (yet to find one in dublin) id pick it over Spanx anyday.
