Disability allowance.(not in bank)

Hello, I have been getting Disability allowance for the last few months, which is paid into my bank account weekly. I just notice that it has not been paid for the last 2 weeks. Is anyone out there experiencing the same thing with their payments? And if so what did you do to get it sorted? And was there a reason? Thanks.
