Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Portable Hard-drive

    Hi folks,

    Have created an external hard-drive using an old 50gb seagate 2.5 ide drive I want to use as a portable hard-drive with a portable operating system

    similar to the portable apps suite, but i dont really like that one. have read about windows CE would this work and could i load MS office onto it then.

    and possibly suggest some other portable apps for encryption etc.

    any help is greatly appreciated

    dunno about portable OS, but TrueCrypt is what i use for encryption and i think it's the best.
