    Lokomotiv Moscow will make a new bid for Roman Pavlyuchenko, closer to Spurs’ £15million valuation.
    “We consider him a star of European scale”, said Loko boss Yuri Semin, who failed to get Pav in January.
    "At the moment I do not know if the player or his club want to resume negotiations.
    "But in my opinion he would become a serious reinforcement for Lokomotiv as well as for the Russian premiership as a whole."
