Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Always sad to see teams with such long historys going down the drain ala Chester City FC.

Remember reading an article on Chester City FC and it was saying if every 4th person in Old Trafford one weekend didn't buy a programme and instead donated it to Chester City the club would be still in existent, sad really.

Just shows how football is being destroyed by huge wages and transfer fees. Its frightening to see so many clubs on the verge of financial ruin.

Its time for salary caps and it should happen now before anymore clubs go out of business.

Another case of money just not reaching the lower tiers... PNE were so nearly in the Premier League a couple of times too. Hope they pull through.

Football is being ruined by crooks getting involved in clubs and spending money that they know that these clubs cannot afford e.g. awarding any contracts that the clubs may have too people that they have connections too and that will look after them i.e. backhanders paid into foreign accounts. This will also be done with football agents.

How hard is it too budget to run a football club. You pretty much know what your income is going to be and should allocate your output accordingly.

These clubs are being run into enormous debt deliberately. Vast amount of money is being siphoned out of these clubs by any normal persons morality "Criminally"

The shysters that are doing this to clubs do this within the law (sometimes just about).

"Innocents" open your eyes you are and your clubs are being shafted by wide boy "business" men.

Thats exactly what the culture of the Premier League, with all its excesses, has done for all the lower league clubs. Really sad, but then which of us will chuck our sky sports sub back to where it comes from.
