Help please, how can I fix a video that I transfered from my mobile to my laptop?

The phone is a Sony Ericsson W302. I transferred a video file from my phone to the laptop, Quicktime player is the only one that will play it and the video itself is not great quality although it is fine to watch on the phone itself. Any way I can fix it please?

You could try Changing the resolution on quicktime to the smallest size.

Try one of the free codec packs. I had the same problem and a combination of using a different codec and VLC fixed it.

Evening folks, I want to post the video onto a message board, will quicktime let me do this as photobucket can't seem to load the video.

What is codec and VEC?
