    Passed this one the other day and have to say brought a smile to my face.
    Tranquility Grove in Coolock.
    Any other good sounding street names anyone has seen.

    There's a road called Blackberry Lane in Rathmines, any time I pass it, I always imagine it's full of upper middle class people in suits.

    That area of Coolock was built around the time of the Moon landing, so they named the places after the Moon countries.

    The latter sounds like a liberal sop or sectarian jibe. As it's a piss-smelling alley, I fear the latter. :)

    Before Independance, Parnell Street was called Great Britain Street. Little Britain Street was at the top of Great Britain Street, on the other side of Capel Street.
