    if a street name in dublin is named after a county its guaranteed to be in a dodgy area

    in galway you have Bothar na mBan, but its not transalted into English. would look ridiculous.

    Not sure about that one. Wicklow St, Kildare St, Wexford St, Clare St are all fine.

    Meath Street and Cork Street are a bit dodgy I suppose.
