    Hi Guys

    Unfortunately my brothers car was stolen from outside his house last night in Castleknock.

    Dark Silver 3 Door Audi A3

    5 Spoke Alloys

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Sorry to hear that, have you checked with eflow yet, just incase
    its past thru, or some or the carparks around citywest are
    quite popular for robbed cars. Hope it turns up in on piece.

    The quicker they roll out ANPR the bloody better. Is it a s line or anything above the norm? If it is you can be sure it will be used for one thing!

    Make sure you report it anyway...some of the traffic corp cars are equipped with ANPR

    Yeah it's a 1.4 t s line.

    Guards were notified straight away. Will be ringing around the breaking yards tomorrow.

    Will keep and eye out for it. You should check hotel carparks, can sometimes turn up in these.

    Was it taken with the key or loaded on to a truck?

    How was it stolen exactly? I debate extra security such as driveway posts regularly, living in the same area.

    A small part of me was hoping there was going to be a mad chase with people reporting spottings all over Dublin, telling their friends to be on the watch, only to find it being broken in some motor factors down the road... :(

    Glad you found it though! Must be a record for stolen/recovery? :)
